"Billy / Mountain Goats are extremely curious and intelligent. They are easily trained to pull carts and walk on leads. They are also known for escaping their pens. Billy goats will escape. Billy Goats are very coordinated and can climb and hold their balance in the most precarious places.

Goats have an intensely inquisitive and intelligent nature: they will explore anything new or unfamiliar in their surroundings. They do so primarily with their prehensile upper lip and tongue. (but this won't be accepted team behaviour!!)

Billy goats tend to display less clumping behavior than sheep, and when grazing undisturbed, tend to spread across the field or range, rather than feed side-by-side as do sheep. They will generally turn and face an intruder and bucks are likely to charge." beware Team Mountain Goat!

This is in part a team from the past, a new team, and a family team. The three guys have successfully raced together in two multi-day adventures, the girl has raced with all three boys at some point in her adventure racing days. Isabelle is Pat’s wife, Pat is Alex’s brother and Charles is like a brother to Pat. We come together for this race to take part in a great adventure and create an even closer bond between us.
